If the members are only seeking to take, to enhance themselves and to criticize without doing anything themselves to improve a situation, the group is debilitated and stunted. Individual consciousness, which ultimately is group consciousness can and does strengthen an organization. Because we know that we attract to us like minded individual, always in all ways. It’s all about encouraging and respecting our fellow members, and the organization naturally follows. Most of us think it’s a top down approach that works but the truth is that “from the bottom” up is stabler and more powerful.
The organization/family we get is the organization we build.
Based on this idea,can we relinquish our responsibilities within an organization to the leader and expect growth and expansion?
